Monarch Caterpillar Eating

Monarch caterpillar eating

A caterpillar can also be called larva.

Monarch caterpillars chew sideways and can eat a whole milkweed leaf in 4 minutes.

Monarch butterfly caterpillars eat both day and night with only a little rest.

Every day the caterpillar eats its own weight in food.

Imagine how much food you would have to eat each day if you ate like a caterpillar?
