I became interested in the story of Plymouth Rock while working on this project. I have visited Plymouth a number of times and I have observed the people looking at the rock. They seem so unimpressed with it. So many people from other countries look at it (because it so famous and it is free of charge) without knowing the story. I think it is a great way to introduce the meaning of symbols of history, don't you?
