Photograph of the Mayflower II

The people that we call the Pilgrims landed in December of 1620.

Historians tell us that these people were called
the First Comers or the Forefathers.

The legend of the Landing was first told
by Elder Thomas Faunce in 1741.

No matter what day it really was, there have been
many celebrations of the Landing of the Pilgrims.
